Materials and glass

Frames and glass chosen for the building

Frame material

Durable frames for weather exposure

Frame material is selected for how the window will sit in the wall, how it handles seasonal temperature change, and how well it holds its seal over time.

Glass configuration

Insulated glass for noise and comfort

Insulated glass packages can be specified to reduce noise from the street and help the home hold heat in colder months, with the glazing matched to the window size.

Fit type

Custom fit for each opening

Each window is measured to the existing opening so the unit fits the wall as built, whether the home has standard openings or older irregular proportions.

Installation methods

Insert or full-frame, chosen by the casing

Insert replacements keep the existing frame and casing in place. Full-frame replacements remove the old window down to the rough opening when the existing frame is damaged or the wall needs attention.

Insert replacement

Suited to sound frames and casing. The new unit is set within the existing opening for a tighter scope of work.

Full-frame replacement

Used when the frame, sill, or surrounding casing needs repair. The opening is rebuilt to the window as installed.

Condition review

Each property is reviewed before a method is chosen, so the installation matches the existing casing and wall conditions.
